In May 2007, the H. John Heinz III School of Public Policy and Management in Adelaide, South Australia (of Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania USA) awarded degrees to its first 6 graduates in the Master of Science and Public Policy in Management program whilst celebrating its first anniversary. The Ceremony was held in the Pacific Cultures Room at the South Australian Museum.
Dean Mark Wessel presided over the occasion. The Premier of South Australia Hon. Mike Rann was the key note speaker and Executive Director Tim Zak presented the charge to the graduates.

In December 2007, the H. John Heinz III School of Public Policy and Management in Adelaide, South Australia (of Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania USA) awarded degrees to 5 graduates of the Master of Science in Information Technology program and 13 graduates in the Master of Science and Public Policy in Management program. The Ceremony was held in the Banqueting Room at the Adelaide Town Hall.
Dean Mark Wessel presided over the occasion. Former Foreign Minister of Australia Hon Alexander Downer was the key note speaker and Executive Director Tim Zak presented the charge to the graduates.

The Graduating Students’ Ceremony for the Master of Science in Public Policy and Management and Master of Science in Information Technology programs will be held in the Auditorium of the Adelaide Town Hall. The ceremony will commence at 2:00pm.
