Debut on Australian Radio

In August, current Carnegie Mellon students Yu Yi and Deepak Govil were invited by Radio Adelaide’s popular ‘International Links’ program to discuss their experiences of living and studying in Adelaide, Australia.

Deepak from New Delhi, India is currently studying for his Master’s of Science in Information Technology and says that being a student in Adelaide has given him the ‘opportunity to make friends from all around the globe as there is such a wide diversity of International students here’.

Yu from Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, China is currently studying for her Master’s of Science in Public Policy and Management and claimed that even though she was a little nervous she thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and has even signed up to one of the stations ‘Radio Skills’ courses.
